Labour Mobility Application Portal
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Labour Mobility Application Portal ("Portal") operated by Skills and Labour Services Ltd, a company duly registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria with its principal office in Abuja[cite: 3, 4].
The Portal facilitates the submission, review, assessment, and management of applications from Nigerian jobseekers seeking employment opportunities in Germany, Ireland, and other destination countries, including visa support and onboarding assistance where applicable[cite: 5].
By accessing or using the Portal, you ("Applicant", "User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms[cite: 6].

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skills and Labour Services Ltd shall not be liable for visa refusals, employer withdrawal, changes in immigration policies, or losses arising from inaccurate applicant information[cite: 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89].
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing[cite: 90, 91].
